R&K QPSK Modulators (QM Series)

R&K’s QM series products are semi-custom QPSK (Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) modulators, composed of a passive mixer, a quadrature hybrid, and a power divider/combiner.

The model numbers and their specifications listed in the table are some examples of previously manufactured products. Both RF frequency and IF frequency can be customized based on the customer’s requirement as long as they are within our technical capability.

As our standard specification, RF frequency range of 5 MHz to 1000 MHz and IF frequency range of DC to 50 MHz can be covered.
