R&K Switches (SW Series)

R&K’s SW series products are voltage control type RF switches that can be categorized into 3 types depending on the internal part and structure; Schottky diode type, PIN diode type, and MMIC type. We offer a selection of RF switch configuration of SPST, SPDT, SP4T and SP8T. By using more than one SW series products, larger number of RF switching configuration can be established. Our RF switches can be used for extremely wide frequency range, various RF measurement can be performed with the minimum number of the series products.

SPDT, SP4T, and SP8T are also available in high-isolation type which has higher ON/OFF ratio. Our standard specification of single power supply operation with the control voltage of +5V C-MOS level allows users to easily design circuit and use.
