R&K Variable Attenuators

(PI Series / AT Series / DT Series / PT Series)

R&K’s PI series products are voltage-control type continuous variable attenuators with PIN diode. R&K’s AT series products are voltage-control type continuous variable attenuator with GaAs MMIC.

Both PI and AT series products can continuously change the attenuation level without any interruption according to external control voltage.

R&K’s DT series products are voltage control type digital (step variable) attenuator wit GaAs MMIC. Attenuator level for each step can be individually changed through either LOW/HIGH signal of +5V C-MOS level control voltage or ON/OFF signal of mechanical switch.

R&K’s PT series products are voltage-control type step variable attenuator with mechanical relay. Attenuator level for each step can be individually changed by applying the power supply voltage specified in the product specification.

Control boards that can be controlled by +5V C-MOS level or mechanical switch are available as an option.

Though our standard catalog product is 1dB step, semi-custom products such as 0.1dB step and 10dB step are also available as per request.
